Items must be returned to us within 14 days after the buyer receives it. Refunds will be given as an exchange, money back, or replacement depending on the circumstances and the reason for the return.
The Buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.
- Please contact us first to discuss the issue with your product
- Any warranties listed are manufacturer’s warranties and as such, will need to go through a process prior to refund or replacement being issued. An item that the buyer claims to be defective / faulty will need to be returned to us, at the buyer’s expense, and then sent to the appropriate manufacturer for testing. Upon completion of their assessment, the buyer will be contacted with the outcome and will be given appropriate option for refund or replacement. Additional charges can be incurred by the buyer dependant on the outcome of the assessment.
- All items being return must be in their original packaging, unused and in a re saleable condition. The buyer may be subject to additional charges if there is any damage to the packaging and items needing to be repackaged for sale.
- Generally all return postage costs are at the expense of the buyer. If you feel Factory Deals direct 2u should pay from the return postage, please contact our staff member to discuss under certain circumstances we will cover return postage.
- Postage fees on original purchases are non-refundable if the buyer has simply changed their mind. There will be a handling fee applied to all “free postage” items being returned, at the discretion of the seller, which will be advised to the buyer when they have sent an email regarding their return.
- All returns must be accompanied by a return authorisation number available from our staff.
